Original Passport with at least 6 months validity and minimum Two blank pages
Visa Application form
2 recent colour photographs (as per photo Specification)
Personal Covering letter explaining the purpose of trip (For Employed - Plain paper/ For Self-Employed – Company Letterhead);
Original updated Bank Statement (last 6 months) duly signed and stamped by the banker;
Income Tax Returns/Form 16 for last 3 years;
Confirmed return flight tickets
Confirmed Hotel reservation
Last 6 months updated Bank statement with bank seal & signature (Closing balance should be minimum USD 700/THB 20000 per individual or USD 1400/THB 40000 per family) or
International Credit card copy with last 1 month’s statement

If Employed

Original Leave sanctioned letter with company seal and signature
Last 3 months salary slip

If Self Employed

Business Registration Certificate

If Retired

Proof of retirement like pension book, statement etc.

If Student

School / College / Institute ID Card;
No Objection Certificate (NOC) from parent, ID proof of parents (If minor travelling without parents)

If Minor

Birth Certificate
No Objection Certificate from the parents / non-accompanying parent
ID proof of parent like passport or PAN card

If Visiting Friend or Relative

Invitation letter from the Inviter
Inviter’s ID proof like Passport or Resident Permit;
Address proof like any Electricity bill, any Utility bill etc.

If Sponsored

Sponsorship letter;
Sponsor’s national ID proof like Passport, PAN card or Resident permit
Updated bank statement of last 6 months

Photo Specifications

3.5 x 4.5 cm. not older than 3 months with white background, face and eyes are in direct position to the camera, without sunglasses or hat or any other head covering, except for some religious beliefs or ethnic background.
