DAY 1- HANOI ARRIVAL
Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, you will be greeted by our guide and taken to your hotel, a journey of about 40 minutes. Hanoi, literally meaning "River-bound City," is the capital of Vietnam and boasts a rich history that dates back to 1010. The city's captivating charm is highlighted by its unique cultural heritage, featuring ancient streets lined with historic homes, elegant French colonial architecture, tree-lined boulevards, and picturesque lakes, making it one of Asia's most enchanting cities.
DAY 2- HANOI FULL-DAY CITY TOUR
After breakfast at the hotel, visit the Ho Chi Minh Complex, which includes the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the Presidential Palace, and the One Pillar Pagoda. Next, explore the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university, established in 1070. In the afternoon, choose a museum to visit, such as the Museum of Fine Arts or the Museum of Ethnology. Later, stroll around Hoan Kiem Lake and visit Ngoc Son Temple, home to a rare giant turtle. The lake, known as “Returned Sword,” is steeped in legend. Finally, enjoy free time to shop or explore the charming Old Quarter.
DAY 3- HANOI- HA LONG
After breakfast, you’ll be picked up from your hotel at 8:00 AM for a transfer to Ha Long Bay, about 160 km away, taking roughly 3.5 hours. Along the way, enjoy the rural scenery of the Red River Delta and capture photos of local farmers at work. A halfway stop will be made at a handicraft workshop. Arriving in Ha Long City at 11:30 AM, you’ll check in aboard your cruise junk and receive a welcome drink. Enjoy lunch while cruising through the breathtaking bay, known as "Descending Dragon Bay" and a UNESCO World Heritage site with around 2,000 karst islands. The cruise will include views of Dinh Huong Island, Ga Choi Island, and a visit to Sung Sot Cave, with a swimming stop at Titov Beach. Relax during sunset, enjoy dinner, go fishing at 9:00 PM, and spend the night on board.
DAY 4- HA LONG – HANOI – FLIGHT TO SAIGON
Early risers can savor the stunning yet serene views of the bay at dawn. Take in the fresh sea air, feel the gentle morning breeze, and listen to the birds chirping above. After breakfast, set sail to explore the Human Head Island and Tortoise Island. Continue your cruise into Bai Tu Long Bay, known as “The Little Dragon Bowing to His Mother.” After checking out, enjoy lunch on board as you head back to shore. Upon disembarking, you'll be transferred back to Hanoi Airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Upon arrival in Saigon, you will be greeted by our guide and taken to your hotel for check-in. Ho Chi Minh City, formerly known as Saigon, is Vietnam’s largest city and economic hub, bustling with modern life. It’s a place where businesses thrive and shoppers have endless options. Yet, amid its vibrant energy, the city also boasts a rich historical legacy that beautifully contrasts its contemporary allure.
DAY 5- SAIGON FULL-DAY CU CHI TUNNEL AND CITY TOUR
After breakfast, embark on a half-day tour to the Cu Chi Tunnels, located 75 km northwest of Ho Chi Minh City. These tunnels served as a crucial underground hideout for the Viet Cong during the wars against the French and Americans. This intricate network of hand-dug passageways spans over 120 km, featuring meeting rooms, kitchens, wells, clinics, and emergency exits—all designed for guerrilla warfare. Their depth and structure allowed them to withstand bombings and lengthy sieges. After exploring the tunnels, return to Saigon. In the afternoon, enjoy a city tour that includes an exterior visit to the Saigon Notre-Dame Basilica (under renovation until 2023) and the Saigon Central Post Office, designed by the famous French architect Gustave Eiffel. Next, visit the War Remnants Museum, which showcases extensive exhibits on Vietnam’s conflicts. Conclude your day with free time for shopping at Ben Thanh Market.
DAY 6 SAIGON – FULL DAY MYTHO (MEKONG DELTA)
In the morning, after breakfast, set off for the Mekong Delta, the largest delta in the world and Vietnam's main rice-producing region. Upon arriving in My Tho City, the capital of Tien Giang Province, board a boat to navigate the intricate canals, immersing yourself in the vibrant local life and picturesque landscapes of waterways and lush islands. Stop at Unicorn Island to stroll through verdant orchards, sample fresh fruits, and enjoy some traditional Southern music. Next, head to Ben Tre, where you can watch locals create coconut candy in a rural workshop, take a brief walk, and even ride in a horse-drawn carriage. Continue your journey with visits to beekeeping households to taste fresh honey and honey tea. Afterward, return to Ho Chi Minh City and enjoy some free time at your leisure.
DAY 7- SAIGON DEPARTURE
After breakfast, enjoy your day at leisure, allowing you the freedom to relax, explore, or indulge in any last-minute activities you may have in mind. As your departure time approaches, our guide will ensure that you are transferred to the airport in a timely manner, providing a smooth and hassle-free conclusion to your journey.
